Magnetic Product Description:
This rectangular rare earth magnet has a length of 25mm, a width of 3mm and a thickness of 9mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of f5763 and a pull force against 5mm steel of 3.2 kilos. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 22021. It is magnetized through the 9mm thickness.
Uses for our Rare Earth block magnets:
This Neodymium Block has been axially magnetised in a non-standard configuration, with the North and South poles presenting through the thin 25mm x 3mm surfaces. In other words, the pole orientation is through the 9mm dimension rather than the 3mm as would be the standard alignment. This polarity direction has particular applications within the industrial and engineering sector, specifically energy generation projects. The protruding edge of this type of magnet allows for easy removal and replacement of the magnet by simply gripping the largest faces between the fingers. This can be especially useful for holding applications that are of a semi-permanent nature such as festive decorations, artworks, architectural drawings or signage.
